Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and third-party carrier. Parts orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Freight orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We DO NOT offer white glove services for freight delivery. Non damage freight delivery refusals are subject to a 25% restocking fee and delivery charges will not be refunded. For financed orders (Acima, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Snap) we will not process returns once the order has shipped, there are no exceptions.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $2999 qualify for free freight delivery.

Freight delivery with lift-gate: Laundry Appliances $279, Washtowers/Laundry Centers $379, Laundry Suites $558

Freight delivery with lift-gate: Large Kitchen Appliances $379 (Wall Ovens, Refrigerators, Slide-in Ranges, Built in Refrigeration)

* Overnight delivery is currently unavailable as most shipping carriers are experiencing high volume due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

***Delivery delays can occasionally occur and WILL occur during extreme weather conditions, please keep that in mind. Not all freight carriers have excellent communication contrary to what you may hear or read, please reach out to us if you are concerned with your freight delivery***

Billing addresses and shipping addresses

Due to chargebacks and fraud risks, we only ship orders to your verified billing address that matches the credit card you provided at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses does not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your appliance before accepting delivery

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Check for both internal and external damage and notify us immediately by calling (805) 439-4532. If your item was shipped via UPS, call UPS at 800-pick-ups with your tracking number to report a damaged item. If your item was shipped via USPS, visit this page to begin the claim process.

International Shipping Policy

We will ship parts to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. We currently do not ship to any other country.
