New & Open Box Appliance Returns

In-Store purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt. Store credit will be issued on returns after the 30-day return window. All new and open box appliance returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Financed orders through Snap or Acima are subject to a 25% restocking fee if you refuse freight delivery or cancel your order after it has shipped. We do not refund processing fees, delivery or freight charges, or used accessories.

Appliance Parts Shipping Returns

We have a 7 day return policy for returned appliance parts. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To return your appliance part, you should mail your product to: Appliance Oasis, 3285 South Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo CA 93401.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Appliance Parts Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@applianceoasis.com to check availability. If you receive a faulty or broken appliance part we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution it may take 3 – 5 business days for your refund to be credited to your account. Processing fees once paid are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
