Do you offer discounts for cash purchases?

Am I able to cancel my order if I missed the cosmetic grade of a given appliance?

Yes, however returns for appliances that have left our facility are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that the following fees and items are non-fundable: freight, shipping and delivery charges; processing fees; and used accessories.

Does open-box mean that the box was just opened?

Not always. Open box items may be missing the original box altogether. We will also remove the original box ourselves in order to fully inspect a given appliance in the event the box itself is damaged. Please be sure to note the cosmetic grade we’ve assigned to each appliance.
