Appliance Returns
Appliances from the following categories may be returned for a refund within 30-days of the date of purchase:
- new-in-box
- new-open-box
- open box scratch & dent
Please note that an original receipt will be required in order to process a return.
Store credit will be issued for returns made after the 30-day return window.
All appliance returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Appliance Parts Returns
Appliance parts may be returned for a refund within 7-days of the date of purchase.
Please note that an original receipt will be required in order to process a return.
All appliance parts returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Appliance parts may be returned to our store located at 3285 S. Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93401.
You may also ship your appliance part to our store. Please be sure to include all relevant identifying information with your return shipment, including your full name, order number, phone number, email and/or mailing address. Shipping costs associated with returning an appliance part are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Appliance Parts Exchanges
Appliance Oasis will exchange defective or otherwise damaged appliance parts. Please contact us to ask about our current parts inventory.
Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and has been inspected. Your email confirmation will also include information relating to whether or not your refund has been approved.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds may take between 3-5 business days to be applied to your account, depending on and subject to the specific terms and conditions of your credit card provider and/or banking institution.
Please contact your credit card provider and/or banking institution directly to inquire about their processing times in the event you don’t see your refund applied to your account following the typical 3-5 business day processing period.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for the following:
- transaction processing fees
- delivery fees
- freight charges
- used accessories
